Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Rovi became a singer & songwriter not long after experiencing pain and challenges with ex-wife and family turmoil. It was a decision to start over that brought him to Texas, more specifically the persuasion of his aunt and her husband. The move to Texas gave him the inspiration to tell his journey through writing. He now pursues his passion for music, specifically R&B with which he fell in love with at a tender age.
