With this agreement, PRODUCER agrees to give BUYER the rights stated and explained in detail below.
RIGHTS GRANTED TO BUYER:
- PRODUCER grants BUYER rights for one commercial recording. BUYER is not allowed to sell more than 5,000 copies of this commercial recording. If BUYER wants to sell more than 5,000 copies of this recording, this license has either to be repurchased or upgraded to unlimited or exclusive rights. For further information on this please look into the website terms of PRODUCER or contact PRODUCER.
- PRODUCER still maintains copyright to the instrumental. BUYER may never use the instrumental itself commercially or resell the instrumental. Only the song may be distributed as already described.
- PRODUCER is not responsible for any samples used in the instrumental. PRODUCER will give information on any samples used in the instrumental(s) purchased if required.
- PRODUCER would like to be contacted via e-mail if the commercial recording gets released so PRODUCER can take a look at the work created by BUYER.
- BUYER is allowed to use the song for mixtapes, albums, single releases, shows & music videos. BUYER is not allowed to use the commercial recording for radio play, TV, or commercial broadcasting in any other way. Commercial streaming on platforms such as Spotify is also not allowed. For commercial broadcasting or streaming please upgrade your license to exclusive rights or contact PRODUCER for a separate fee and agreement.
- In case BUYER publishes the commercial recording with companies such as BMI, ASCAP, PRODUCER has to be credited with a 20% share. Any money created off of other sales from the commercial recording goes to BUYER with a 100% share. Publishing info of PRODUCER is shown at the bottom of the contract.
- BUYER receives fully mixed down MP3 & WAV of the instrumental as well as the individual stems as 24BIT WAV-files.
- BUYER has to credit PRODUCER as KORE Production on every release of the commercial recording.
